Happy Birthday Mommy!

Diana & Dylan at Birthday lunch at Hanaroo Sushi in Little Rock. The chrirashi bowl was great. The rolls needs some work, the rolls fell apart while trying to pick it up. But the fish was fresh and tasty.

Super Baby - Dylan and I flew with Joe Daddy to Little Rock!

He was such a good baby.  He slept most of the time on the plane. We had to wake him up to eat. We felt bad for the lady sitting 3 rows up from us.  She had a 3-4 year old toddler kicking her chair and screaming for 1 hour.  The dad was not prepared, so the lady gave the kid her laptop and a video of Barney to keep him calm.  That was nice of the lady and shame on you unprepared dad.

TIP 1:  For all those parents travelling with a baby, give your baby a bath a few hours before your flight. Your baby will sleep soundly.

TIP 2:  Bring a thermos (fill it up with hot water at Starbucks) and get an empty Starbucks' cup to warmup your bottles. And fill one-third of the cup to warm up the bottle, otherwise you'll get hot water on your lap. When your baby wants to eat, they want to eat and cannot wait for the flight attendant to give you hot water.

TIP 3:  Either give your baby a pacifier to bottle during take off and landing. It helps with popping their ears. And hold your baby tight during landing.

TIP 4:  Southwest is the best for parents. Southwest have the big planes, the smaller jets are scary and bumpy during the thunderstorm season of flying.  Also, Southwest's flight and gate attendants were friendly, courteous, and helpful, except for one gate attendant in Dallas, TX at Gate 4 on the Sept. 20th at 7:20pm, flight from Dallas to Little Rock. Yes, we are complaining about this red-headed lady. She forgot the plane was a large plane and did not allow us to take the baby carseat on the plane.  The flight had 15 empty seats. Good thing it was a short flight.

TIP 5:  Find out where the changing station is.  Not all restrooms on the plane have it, we found out the hard way.  If you CANNOT get up to change the diaper, change it on the tray(s) in front of your seat(s), works like a charm.  Of course PLEASE be clean and use the changing pad and wipe up the tray. :)

TIP 6:  Don't be afraid or too proud to ask for help or questions.  It shows you care.

Poopy Dylan

I think Dylan looks so funny when he poops! His face turns red and he makes the most funniest noises.

Sep. 1st- Dylan is 50 Days Old!

Dylan is already 50 days old, exactly 7 weeks since he was born. He responds to us and other family member when we play with him. He smiles a lot and makes lots of cooing noises. When he's extremely excited he would even scream!
