Little Rock has all kinds of weather. One day it's sunny, one day it's hot and one day it's freezing cold. Our apartment is right across from a church and this is a view from our bedroom. It looks like a snow pile but it's actually ice on the ground. when you look up close it looks like sugars on the ground.
